What to Expect
Join us for worship! We gather in person for worship on Sunday at 9:30am and offer livestream services through our YouTube channel.
Service Format
Our services include traditional elements of prayer, reading, song and teaching. You will receive a worship bulletin that outlines the worship service. The Oak Knoll choir performs seasonally and we occasionally have special musical guests. We celebrate communion each Sunday. You can expect a typical Sunday worship service to be one hour long.
Worship services are followed by an opportunity for community fellowship with coffee and treats in Fellowship Hall.
Children in Worship
At Oak Knoll, we welcome—and encourage—children in our worship services. We value all ages worshipping together and offer many opportunities for children to participate.
Pray Ground
Located in the front of the sanctuary, the Pray Ground is filled with engaging activities for children. Some are worship-related, and others are simply fun options to keep little minds busy and happy. Parents should sit with their children so that the time in worship is both fun and relational.

We also offer a children's area in Fellowship Hall where children can engage in activities—and parents can hear the service over the speaker system.

Children's Sermon
We incorporate a children's message into the service on most Sundays. Children of all ages are invited to come forward for the message.

Sunday School is offered for children ages 3 years old through 5th grade during part of worship service. Learn more about Children, Youth, & Family Ministry.
Communion
We celebrate Holy Communion each Sunday. We invite all to come forward to receive Jesus' gift of forgiveness and grace. Gluten-friendly wafers and grape juice are available.
Accessibility
Our building is one level and handicapped accessible, with reserved parking available near the entrances. We offer large print bulletins and have headsets available for those who may require hearing assistance during the service.
What should I wear?
Wear what makes you comfortable and dress as who you are. We believe that God cares more about the state of our hearts than the state of our attire, and encourage you to dress the way that feels most appropriate to you.
Do you have inclusive restrooms?
We have a family and gender-neutral restroom located in the preschool wing of the church building.
Do you have a nursing room?
The family lounge in the preschool wing of the church is made available for nursing mothers on Sunday mornings.
