The Sandwich Ministry was founded to support the “363 Project” in feeding those experiencing homelessness throughout the entire year. We purchase supplies and congregants gather to prepare 500 sandwiches.
The sandwiches are donated to Our Saviour’s, one of Oak Knoll’s ministry partners, as well as the 363 Project partner, the Salvation Army.
Oak Knoll purchases the bread, meat, cheese, and sandwich bags for The Sandwich Ministry. For around $300 each month, we are able to provide 500 sandwiches (most of which are never frozen) to support our local community residents.
